Who should attend?
Mid-level executives in banking, insurance, accounting, law, media, marketing, public relations, telecoms and I.T. who need to be seen as a genuine business partner to their internal clients and other important counterparties.

Morning session – 0900 to 1200
• Identify your key counterparties’ importance to your success and how to connect with them
• Build likeability, respect and trust – becoming a valued adviser
• Offer a different perspective, or push back, without damaging the relationship
• Modify body language and facial expressions to convey more confidence

Afternoon session – 1300 to 1630
• Develop active listening skills to influence and persuade
• Devise clear, concise and compelling messages that resonate with time-poor execs
• Prepare for difficult or challenging conversations
• Decode non-verbal communication and adjusting your approach
